So you have booked your car in advance and are now making last minute checks to make sure you don’t forget anything. So what exactly do you need with you to collect your Murcia Airport car hire?

When you hire a car with us you are emailed a voucher which you must print and bring with you. You will also need the credit card you made the booking with as well as a full driving license.

Your voucher will contain directions to your car hire pickup point. You will be offered extra insurance options at the car hire desk however if you have taken our insurance4car option during the booking process then you are completely covered.

If you have not taken this option then be aware of exactly how much excess you could be responsible for if in an accident. The attendant at the car hire desk will go through this fully with you.

A credit card will be required in order to secure the excess amount and a fuel deposit. This is normal practice for any car hire firm.  Once the car is returned without damage the amount will be removed without charge.

If you notice any damage on the car before driving it away then make sure that the car hire attendant has made a note of it.
